Since these are digital services, returns are generally not applicable once the service has been delivered or activated.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made for the same order.
• Payment deducted but service was not delivered due to a verified technical issue.
• Transaction failed but the amount was debited from your account and was not automatically reversed.
• Any other situation approved by NXT Mission Success Group after review.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Services that have already been activated, delivered or successfully completed.

Refund Request Duration

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase.

Requests received after this period may not be considered.

Once approved, refunds will normally be processed within 5–7 business days.

The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway or payment provider.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during the transaction.

If refund to the original payment method is not possible, we may process the refund through another legally acceptable method after successful verification.
